Shipments to mainland Spain will take approximately 48-72 hours to arrive at your home or destination on business days.
For shipments outside of Spain, delivery times may vary between 5 and 7 business days.

During sales periods (July, August, November and December 2024) shipments may experience a delay of up to twice their usual transit time.

Shipping to Spain (Peninsula) costs €4.95 for purchases up to €65.
For purchases over 65 euros, shipping costs are free. For shipments outside Spain (Peninsula) and EU, please consult prices at pedidos@morrisonshoes.com. If you choose the Paypal payment option, there will be an additional cost of 1 euro (non-refundable).

You have the option to include a wrapping bag in your order for €1 more. The package will not arrive wrapped but you will receive the box along with a special bag so you can prepare it however you want. Returns of gift bags are not accepted.
We recommend that you consult the size guide for each item to find out which Morrison size best fits your foot measurement.

Due to the Christmas period, the period for exchanges and returns is extended for purchases made between November 15, 2023 and December 15, 2023 until January 15, 2024.

The process consists of:
1- We will need you to tell us the order number and email address with which you placed the order in the online store and tell us what product you want to receive in exchange.

Orders from the United States and the United Kingdom do not allow size or model changes, but returns are allowed.
In the event that there is a price difference in your favor, we will reimburse you in the same form of payment that you used when placing the order, as soon as we receive the product you have returned at our facilities.
If there is a price difference in our favor, you will have to pay us this price difference before we make the change.
