How is it sent?
Once the Shipping Confirmation has been sent, the Product will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the Order within approximately one to seven (1-7) working days from receipt of your payment
MORRISON CLOTHING S.L. does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the Product is not carried out as a consequence of the data provided by the User being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be carried out due to causes beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the User or the retention of the Product in Customs.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping. They may contain a fixed and a variable part in very particular cases depending on the weight of the order, so we recommend that if you want several products, you put them together in a single purchase.
The shipment of packages is subject to the security and delivery conditions of the chosen carrier.
Where is it sent?
We ship to a large number of countries. For shipments outside the Peninsula, check the costs of the carrier. Morrison does NOT ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
How much does it cost?
Shipments to the Peninsula have a cost of 3 euros up to 17 euros of purchase; 4 euros up to 30 euros of purchase; and 5.05 euros up to 70 euros of purchase. For purchases over 70 euros the shipping costs are free. For shipments outside the Peninsula and EU consult prices. In the case of choosing the cash on delivery option (only in Spain), you will have an extra cost of 2 euros (non-refundable when returning the product). In case of choosing the option of payment with Paypal will have an extra cost of 1 euro (non-refundable).
Shipping costs include transport, insurance and customs clearance at origin. For deliveries in countries outside the European Union, customs charges at destination and other taxes (duties) are not included; it will be the recipient who will have to pay them in cash in order to receive the goods.
The recipient will be responsible for all import costs and taxes generated at the destination customs office, whether the goods are delivered to him or not.
How long will it take for my Morrison products to arrive?
Shipments to the Spanish mainland will take about 72 hours on business days to arrive at your home or point of destination.
For shipments outside the peninsula, the time frame may vary between 7 and 10 working days
What happens if the chosen product is not in stock?
Our system should not allow the sale of any product that we do not have in stock, but in the event that something goes wrong, Morrison will contact you to find a solution. If the product cannot be obtained within this period, the full amount will be refunded.
In August, as distributors and manufacturers are closed, delivery times may be increased according to stock. But don't worry because, in these cases, you will be warned in advance so that you know exactly how long it will take to get your order.
Morrison will assume the cost of returning and shipping the new product(s) you want to exchange on all orders in peninsular territory**. In this way, Morrison will assume the costs of the first change of size or model. If you need a second change of size or model, it will be the customer who must assume the return and shipping costs of a new product. In the event that your purchase includes several products and you need to make several size changes, you must do them all at once, so make sure you are satisfied with the size of the products you are not returning. Socks and underwear are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned or exchanged. As for international shipments will be the customer who is responsible for the costs arising from the change of size.
In any case, the products to be changed must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid problems in transport, please ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that the item/s, as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to change the item.
To formalize the return, you must first contact Morrison at firstname.lastname@example.org, communicating the situation. Once we have received this communication, Morrison will indicate the process to be followed in order to make the change of size.
FACTORY DEFAULT RETURN
If you would like to return a product due to a factory defect, we will take care of the costs of returning and replacing a product with identical characteristics.
In any case, the customer must justify with photographs the defects of the products to authorize the return. Therefore, to avoid problems during transport, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that the article/s, as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation are complete, we will proceed to replace the defective product with another one of identical characteristics.
Do I have to pay anything for my return of a defective item?
MORRISON CLOTHING S.L. will assume the cost of all returns by default as long as the tare of the product is duly justified and it is done within the return period.
How will I receive the amount of my return?
In case we cannot replace the defective item due to lack of stock, payments for returns will be made by bank transaction.
RETURN BY WITHDRAWAL
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of thirty (30) calendar days to return the same, without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons, although the User must pay the cost of returning the order to Morrison's warehouse.
To formalize the return, you must contact Morrison at email@example.com, communicating the situation. Once Morrison has received this notification, it will indicate how the order will be sent to its warehouse, which must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and - if applicable - documentation and original accessories that came with the order. If this is not the case, Morrison reserves the right to refuse the return.
As soon as the product is received and we verify that it is in good condition, we will proceed to return it via bank transfer of the amount of the products purchased (not including paid shipping costs).
