The sneakers are 100% made in Spain. We have a factory in Aragon and another in Elche where 100% of the manufacturing process of the shoes is done. Also, all our suppliers are Spanish. The shoes are 100% handmade in Spain.
All Morrison shoes are unisex except for certain Special Editions, where it will be specified if they are for men or women.

Whether you write to us by Whatsapp or by email, we will always try to reply within 48 working hours.
Shipments to the Spanish mainland will take about 72 hours on working days to get to your home or destination.
For shipments outside Spain, delivery times may vary between 5 and 7 working days
Shipping costs are free for purchases over 75 €. If you choose the Paypal payment option you will have an extra cost of 1 euro (non-refundable).
Yes, as long as it has not yet been sent. Notify us of the change of details as soon as possible by phone/Whatsapp on + 34 617 64 70 04 or by email to email@example.com and we will do our best to change your details before delivering the packet to the courier.
At the moment there is no option to gift-wrap your order, we are working on it to get it in the future.

If the shipment is for a Spanish town: when your order has been sent to the courier company you will receive a link. The link will be activated about 24 hours after you receive it in the email. Through this link you will be able to see the status of your shipment updated and the tracking data. If you have any questions, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the shipment is for a non-Spanish location: as soon as your order has been sent to the courier company, the courier company will notify you of the tracking of your shipment and its incidents via email. In any case, if you have any doubts, please contact us at email@example.com
The deadline for any exchange or return is 30 days.
BLACKDAYS & CHRISTMAS: For all orders placed between November 22nd and December 15th, the period for changes and returns is extended to January 15th, 2021.
The customer will assume the costs of the size/model change. In the case your purchase includes various products and you need to make various size changes, you must do them all at once, so make sure you are satisfied with the size of the products you are not returning.
In any case, the products to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, in order to avoid problems during transport, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that the article/s, as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to change the article. In order to formalize the return, it is first essential to contact Morrison at firstname.lastname@example.org, communicating the situation. Once we have received this communication, Morrison will indicate the process to be followed to change the size.
1- We will need you to tell us the name under which you placed the order at the online shop, send us photographs of the product you want to change and tell us which product you want to receive in exchange.
2- If the product you want to change is in the same condition as you received it, you will have to hire a courier service and send us the products to be changed to our stores in Madrid. Once we receive and check that the item(s), as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to send you the new product you have requested. We will assume the first shipment of size change from Spain to your country.
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a size/model change*.
If there is a difference in price in your favour, we will reimburse you in the same form of payment that you used when you placed the order, as soon as we receive the returned product in our facilities.
If there is a price difference in our favour, you will have to pay us this price difference before we make the exchange. You can pay this price difference by the payment method you prefer (Paypal or Bank Transfer)
In the case the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, he will have a period of 14 calendar days to return the product without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons, although he will have to pay the cost of sending the order back to Morrison's warehouse.
To formalize the return, you must first contact Morrison at email@example.com, communicating the situation. Once Morrison has received this communication, it will indicate how the order will be sent to its warehouse, which must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and - if applicable - documentation and original accessories that came with the order. As soon as the product is received and we verify that its condition is adequate, we will proceed to refund the amount of the products purchased
If you prefer, you can also return it to the shop at Calle Duque de Sesto 13 (28009) Madrid. We recommend you go during office hours. Timetable for office staff who can transfer the money to you: 10:30-14:30 from Monday to Saturday.
At the moment we cannot ship there, we are working on it to be able to send products there in the future.

It is our loyalty program for registered customers in our store. With this program you will have a lot of benefits, such as accumulating points on your purchases to redeem for discounts on future orders, invitations to events, PRE-SALES... No. All users who were already registered before the launch of MEMBERS, automatically start benefiting from all the advantages of the program, just enjoy them!
Morrison customers who make their purchases under registration will accumulate, on each order, 5 points for each euro spent (shipping costs not included). These points will be accumulated in the Customer Area until they are exchanged for a discount to be converted into the next purchase, valid for one year.
Customers will only be able to convert their points into discount vouchers 30 days after placing the order. Until then, the status of the points will be "Waiting for 30 days after the order", in addition to indicating in the "my account" section that the discount vouchers can be generated after those 30 days after the order.
For every 100 points accumulated in the Member's Area, customers will receive 1€ discount on their next purchase.
Morrison's sponsorship program allows registered users who have made a purchase at Morrison to invite their friends to enjoy Morrison Member sales via an invitation link.
Each user who invites a friend to become a Member will receive 500 points in his MEMBER area for each friend who buys (+50€) with the invitation link. To invite friends you must have placed at least one order with your user account.

We have a space reserved in our shop in Madrid for you to design your own MyMorrison, the only thing you need to do is make an appointment.
With MyMorrison you will have a real design experience and freedom to design every part of the shoe: the side straps, the front, the instep , tongue, laces... For this you will have all the sample of fabrics, splits, prints, soles, laces and others that we have. You can make more than 100 combinations with it.
The step by step is:
1- Request an appointment by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
2- We will give you a very wide range of days and times, if you are clear about the date you want the appointment let us know.
3- We will meet you at the physical shop, located at Calle Duque de Sesto 13 (28009) Madrid. Our staff, with experience in creating shoes from scratch, will advise you on the decisions you make about the design, although the last word will always be yours
4- You will have two hours to choose every detail of the shoe, in case it is a reference: on average our clients take between 40-70 minutes normally but it depends on how personalized you want it, of course... With so many possibilities it's hard to choose!
5- Once you have finished designing, we will give you a pair of shoes to try on in your size, to make sure that the shoe we are going to produce is your size, as in customised products no changes in size are accepted. ( Depending on the brand, sizes vary a little, ours is very similar to conver, vans, ... )
6- The price of the service is 110 € but it depends on which materials you want to choose the price varies a little, so we will tell you the price as you choose materials, in case you want to change some things before the payment. For your reference: almost all the "MyMorrison" that have been made have cost just 110
7- We send the design to our factory and they will create the shoes by hand. The process can take about 4-5 weeks.
8- Once finished, we will send you the MyMorrison free of charge to the address you tell us or you can come and get them from the shop when they are ready (at your choice). Delivery takes between 24-72 hours
At the moment it is not possible to do the personalization online.
You have the option to include a wrapping bag in your order for 1€ more. The package will not arrive wrapped but you will receive the box along with a wrapping bag so you can prepare it as you wish.
