LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE "MIX & MATCH – SUMMER SALES JULY 2026" PROMOTION

1. Organizing Company

Morrison Clothing S.L. (hereinafter, “Morrison”), with tax identification number B87588430 and registered office at C/ Sancho Dávila 15, 2º2, 28028 Madrid (Spain), is organizing the promotion called “Mix & Match – Summer Sales”, aimed at customers who make a purchase during the promotional period and in accordance with the conditions established in these legal terms and conditions.

2. Promotion Objective

During the promotional period, customers who purchase 3 or more products included in the Summer Sales, Footwear and Clothing collections will receive a 20% discount on the eligible product with the lowest price in their purchase.

3. Territorial Scope

The promotion will be international in scope, and all individuals over 18 years of age who make a valid purchase through any of the participating channels may participate.

4. Promotion Duration

The promotion will begin on July 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM (GMT+2) and will end on July 12, 2026, at 11:59 PM (GMT+2).

Only orders placed within this period will participate.

5. Participating Channels

Orders placed through the following channels will participate in the promotion:

• Morrison's online store.

• Morrison physical stores (if applicable during the promotional period).

All orders placed on participating channels will have access to the promotion under the same conditions.

6. Participation Requirements

All individuals who meet the following criteria may participate:

• Are over 18 years of age.

• Make a valid purchase during the promotional period.

• Purchase 3 or more units.

Participation is automatic upon purchase and requires no additional action.

7. Promotion Mechanism

The discount will be applied automatically in the shopping cart.

Once a minimum of 3 products is reached, a 20% discount will be applied exclusively to the eligible product with the lowest price included in the purchase.

If there are several products with the same minimum price, the discount will be applied to only one of those units.

8. Returns and Promotion Adjustments

In case of total or partial return of the order:

• If, after the return, the order no longer meets the minimum requirement of 3 eligible products, Morrison reserves the right to recalculate the final amount of the order by removing the promotional discount applied.

• If the product to which the discount was applied is returned, the refunded amount will be the amount actually paid for that product.

• Morrison may adjust the refund amount to correctly reflect the conditions of the promotion originally applied.

• The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

9. Exclusions and Limitations

Morrison reserves the right to exclude any order deemed fraudulent, manipulated, or in violation of these legal terms and conditions.

10. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed by Morrison Clothing S.L. for the purpose of managing the promotion and the commercial relationship derived from the purchase.

11. Reservations and Modifications
