LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


“WIN YOUR DOUBLE SANSAN FESTIVAL PASS WITH PURCHASES OVER €100”

1. Organizing Company

The organization of this sweepstakes, called “WIN YOUR DOUBLE SANSAN FESTIVAL PASS WITH PURCHASES OVER €100” (hereinafter, the “Sweepstakes”) is carried out by MORRISON CLOTHING, S.L.U., with NIF B-87588430 and registered office at Calle Sancho Dávila, número 15, 2ª Planta, Puerta 2, Madrid (Spain) (hereinafter, “Morrison” or the “Promoter”).
These legal terms and conditions (the “Terms”) regulate the conditions for participation in the Sweepstakes.
Morrison reserves the right to modify these Terms, as well as to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes for justified reasons, communicating it through its usual channels.


2. Purpose of the sweepstakes

The purpose of the Sweepstakes is to promote the Morrison Shoes brand by incentivizing purchases in its physical stores and in its online store.
Among all participants, six (6) prizes will be drawn, each consisting of:
1 double pass for the Sansan festival, which will be held in Valencia.
The approximate value of each double pass is between €120 and €130.
The passes will be digital tickets and will be delivered by Morrison to the winners.


3. Geographical scope and participants

All natural persons who meet the following requirements may participate in the Sweepstakes:

  • Be over 18 years old
  • Be residents in Spain
  • Make a purchase of more than €100 in:
  • Morrison physical stores in Madrid or Valencia
  • Morrison's official website (www.morrisonshoes.com)


Participation in the Sweepstakes is free (beyond the required purchase amount).
Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms.


4. Duration of the sweepstakes

The participation period will begin on: March 27, 2026, at 00:00 hours (GMT+1) and will end on: March 29, 2026, at 23:59 hours (GMT+1) (hereinafter, the “Sweepstakes Duration”). Participations made outside this period will not be considered valid.


5. Participation mechanism

To participate in the Sweepstakes, users must:

  • Make a purchase over €100 during the Sweepstakes period with a shipping destination/country within Spanish territory.
  • The purchase can be made:
  • In Morrison physical stores in Madrid or Valencia
  • Through the official website

Each purchase that meets the minimum amount requirement will be considered an entry.

Participation data will be obtained through the data associated with the purchase (email and/or phone).

Morrison reserves the right to exclude fraudulent entries or those that do not comply with the established conditions.


6. Winner selection
The draw will take place on: March 30, 2026, at 10:00 hours (GMT+1)
using the external tool Sorteados, which allows random selection of participants.

The following will be selected:

  • 6 winners
  • 10 alternates

The selection will be made completely randomly from all valid entries registered during the Sweepstakes period.


7. Communication with winners
Winners will be contacted on March 30, 2026, through:

  • Phone
  • Email

Each winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within a maximum period of 48 hours from the first contact attempt.
If no response is received within that period, the prize will automatically pass to the first available alternate.


8. Prize conditions

The prize consists exclusively of:
6 double passes for the Sansan Festival.

The prize:

  • is not exchangeable for money
  • is not transferable
  • cannot be modified

Morrison is not responsible for changes in the organization of the festival, such as date modifications, cancellations, or alterations of the event that depend on third parties.


9. Reservation of rights
Morrison reserves the right to:

  • exclude fraudulent entries
  • exclude participants who do not comply with the Terms
  • cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for justified reasons


Likewise, Morrison will not be responsible for:

  • errors in the data provided by participants
  • technical failures on the web platform
  • incidents in telecommunications networks


10. Personal data protection

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and current Spanish regulations:

Participants may exercise their rights of:

  • access
  • rectification
  • erasure
  • objection
  • restriction
  • data portability

by sending a request to info@morrisonshoes.com.
They also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.


11. Acceptance of the terms
Participation in the Sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these Terms.
