Terms and Conditions of the Morrison Members Loyalty Program

1. Purpose of the Program


The Morrison Members loyalty program (hereinafter, the "Program") is designed to reward customers of Morrison Clothing S.L. (hereinafter, "Morrison") for their purchases and actions carried out on our website www.morrisonshoes.com (hereinafter, the "Website") as well as in our physical stores. Program participants can earn points redeemable for discounts and additional benefits and progress to levels offering exclusive privileges.


2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions


Participation in the Program implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "T&Cs"). By registering, the participant acknowledges having read and understood the T&Cs and undertakes to comply with them in their entirety.


3. Participation in the Program

The Program is intended for natural persons aged 18 and older, residing in Spain or other countries where Morrison operates its online store, and who have created a user account on the Website.

For clarification purposes, the Program is not available to companies, corporations, non-profit entities, businesses, charitable organizations, or any other legal entity, unless prior written approval is obtained from Morrison at its sole and absolute discretion.

Persons who already have a user profile with Morrison will automatically be enrolled in the Program without the need for additional subscription. Enrollment in the Program is done online through our Website, where participants must provide the required personal information and consent to its processing for this purpose. The processing of personal data involves receiving SMS messages and newsletters deemed relevant by Morrison, which may include commercial messages.

Participation in the Program is entirely free. Each account is personal and linked to a single participant, and therefore cannot be shared among multiple individuals. Only one account per participant is allowed.

It is clarified that all users who register either in-store or via the Website automatically become participants in the Program. By becoming a member, participants agree and acknowledge that they are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website, which govern, among other aspects, the use of the platform that offers the main benefits of the Program. 4. Accumulation of Points


Participants can earn points through the following actions:

- **Registration as a member**: If a participant registers on their own initiative without being invited by another member, they will receive 250 points.

- **Purchases**: For every euro spent at Morrison (both online and in-store), the customer will earn 5 points.

- **Following on social media**: A participant who follows Morrison's Instagram and/or TikTok profile will receive 25 points.

- **Subscription to the newsletter**: A participant who consents to the processing of their personal data to subscribe to Morrison's newsletter will receive 50 points.

- **Birthday**: A participant who registers their date of birth will receive 50 points on their birthday.

- **Referral program**: A participant referring a friend will receive:
- 500 points when the friend registers on the Website and joins the Program.
- 500 points when the friend makes a purchase of at least €50, and the friend will receive a €10 discount coupon for their next purchase.

- **Participation in Morrison events**: A participant attending events organized by Morrison will earn points according to the specific rules of each event, which will be communicated in advance.

Points obtained through purchases or other actions will be automatically added to the participant's account, although some may take up to 30 days to appear.


5. Program Levels


The Program has three loyalty levels, defined by the points accumulated:

- **Rookie**: 0 - 999 points
- **Pro**: 1,000 - 1,999 points
- **Legend**: 2,000 points and above

When participants accumulate sufficient points, they will automatically progress to the next level, regardless of points already redeemed. Redeemed points do not reduce the total accumulated for leveling up.

Level updates are carried out annually from the participant's registration date. However, if no points are accumulated during a 12-month period, the participant will be downgraded to the Rookie level, and their points will be canceled as stipulated in section 7.


6. Redemption of Points and Additional Requirements


Accumulated points can be redeemed for discount coupons:

- 500 points: €5 discount
- 1,000 points: €10 discount
- 1,500 points: €15 discount

**Conditions**:

- Coupons are only applicable for orders with a minimum spend of €50 and cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.
- To receive the birthday gift, the participant must have made a purchase with their account and registered their birth date on the Website.
- Discount campaigns and VIP previews are determined at Morrison's discretion and announced in advance.
- The Click & Collect service is reserved for registered customers and allows them to pick up their order at Morrison's stores in Madrid and Seville.
- Points can be used during Black Friday, sales, or other promotions unless otherwise specified.


7. Expiration of Points

Points remain valid as long as the participant is active (purchase or action within 12 months). After 12 months of inactivity, points will be canceled.


8. Use of Points in Physical Stores

Participants can use their points both online and in physical stores. They must provide their account information for points to be applied.


9. Claims and Contact


For any errors regarding point balances, participants should contact our team via email (see section 15). Points associated with purchases may take up to 30 days to appear.


10. Returns


In the event of a product return, the points associated with that purchase will be deducted. If the points have already been redeemed, this will result in a negative balance.


11. Program Modifications


Morrison reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time, with prior notice. No compensation will be due.


12. Program Termination


Participants may terminate their membership at any time, resulting in the loss of accumulated points. Termination must be requested by email (see section 15).


13. Responsibility


Each participant is responsible for the use of the Program's benefits. In the event of discrepancies regarding point balances, the information in Morrison's database will prevail.


14. Data Protection


Data provided for the Program will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the Website. Participants can exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion, etc.) by contacting Morrison via email (see section 15).

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These T&Cs are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Madrid, Spain.
