Terms and Conditions for the Morrison Shoes Raffle at the M.
1.- COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION
The company Morrison Clothing SL with registered office at C/Sancho Dávila 15 2º2 (28028) and identified with the number B-87588430 organizes the draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of national scope, to be developed through Instagram, in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.
Organizations outside Morrison Shoes are not involved in this promotion.
2.- START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will start on May 30, 2024 and end on June 2.
3.- PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES
The winner will be chosen at random using the Morrison Members database.
The winner will be announced on Monday, June 3, 2024 between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. The winner will be contacted by email.
The winner will have 24 hours from the date of notification of the prize to provide his/her personal details (full name, address and telephone number).
The prize will consist of:
- A double ticket with a drink for the M Event at the Neomudéjar Room on Thursday, June 6 at 8:00 p.m.
- A pair of millennial sneakers from Morrison Shoes for him and his companion (two pairs). RRP €79.00
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be changed or altered by the winner.
4.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements will be the following:
- Only those Participants who are Members of Morrison Shoes may participate.
- Participants will have to register in the form:

- Only one entry per email and individual is valid.
5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is found that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements set out in the Rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.
The Company reserves the right to declare the draw void.
6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions that are considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be permitted. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image will also not be permitted. We are not responsible for any damages caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion that could hurt the sensibilities of other Participants at any time.
Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of comments made by Participants in the posts, may not under any circumstances violate the Instagram Community Rules or the Instagram Terms of Use.
7.- EXONERATION OF LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for any possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant with respect to the prize obtained from this Promotion.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events that may prevent the Promotion from being carried out or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.
In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of the Company and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation website.
8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The company responsible for processing your data is Morrison Clothing SL with registered office at C/Sancho Dávila 15 2º2 and identification number B-87588430.
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant, by accepting these Legal Bases, consents to their personal data being incorporated into a file owned by this company, for the purpose of managing the draw, as well as disseminating and publicizing its results, and processing the delivery of the prize.
We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Opposition, Limitation of treatment, Portability, oblivion and not be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an email to info@morrisonshoes.com .
Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or legal action, the Participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State in which he or she has his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if he or she considers that the processing of his or her personal data is not appropriate to the regulations, as well as in the event that he or she is not satisfied with the exercise of his or her rights.
For this reason, the Participant declares to have been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the processing.
9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional rules, provided that this does not harm or undermine the rights of the Participants in the Promotion.
The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is developed.
10.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participant will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these bases.
