Shipping and Returns

[Shipments]

How is it sent?

Once the Shipping Confirmation has been sent, the Product will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the Order within a maximum of 72 working hours in the Peninsula. In case of international shipments, the maximum term will be 5 working days. Both in the case of domestic shipments and international shipments the delivery time may be affected during the BLACK DAYS and CHRISTMAS campaign, so between November 11, 2022 and January 5, 2023 orders may suffer a delay of up to 10 extra working days.

MORRISON CLOTHING S.L. assumes no responsibility when the delivery of the Product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the User being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the User or the retention of the Product in Customs.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part in very particular cases depending on the weight of the order, so we recommend that, if you want several products, join them in a single purchase.

The shipment of packages is subject to the security and delivery conditions of the chosen carrier.

Where do you ship?

We ship to a large number of countries. For shipments outside mainland Spain, please consult carrier costs. Morrison does NOT ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipments to Spain (Peninsula) have a cost of 3 € up to 17 euros of purchase; 4 € up to 30 euros of purchase; and 4,95 € up to 85 euros of purchase. For purchases over 85 euros the shipping costs are free. For shipments outside Spain (Peninsula) and EU check prices at pedidos@morrisonshoes.com. In case of choosing the Paypal payment option, there will be an additional cost of 1 euro (non-refundable).

Shipping costs include transport, insurance and customs clearance at origin. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs charges at destination and other taxes (tariffs) are not included; it will be the recipient who will have to pay them in cash to receive the goods.

The recipient will be responsible for all import charges and taxes incurred at destination customs, whether or not the goods are delivered to him.

How long will it take for my Morrison products to arrive?

Shipments to the Spanish mainland will take 72 hours in working days from order confirmation to arrive at your home or destination point.

For shipments outside the peninsula, the delivery time is 5 working days from order confirmation.

What happens if there is no stock of the chosen product?

Our system should not allow the sale of any product that we do not have in stock, but in the event that something goes wrong, Morrison will contact you to find a solution. If the product is not available within this period, a full refund will be made.

In the month of August, as distributors and manufacturers are closed, delivery times may be increased depending on stock. But don't worry because, in these cases, you will be previously notified so that you know exactly when you will receive your order.

What is the deadline to make a size change or return?

The deadline for any exchange or return is 30 days from the reception of the products. Between November 15, 2022 and December 15, 2022, the deadline for exchanges and returns is extended to January 15, 2023. MORRISON CLOTHING S.L. reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

[Changes of size/model and Returns]

SIZE/MODEL CHANGES

Morrison will assume the costs of collection and shipping of the new product/s you want to change for all orders in mainland Spain for purchases made in mainland Spain. In this way, Morrison will assume the costs of the first size or model change. If you need a second change of size or model, it will be the customer who must bear the cost of returning and shipping a new product.

In the event that your purchase includes several products and you need to make several size changes, you must do them all at the same time, so make sure you are satisfied with the size of the products that you are not going to return. Returns and exchanges of all products will only be accepted if they keep their original packaging, excluding gift bags.

As for international shipments and / or Balearic Islands  (SPAIN EXCLUDED) the customer will be responsible for the costs from the change of size, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs from them.  The customer will be able to choose the courier of his choice to send us the product to be returned, the customer must pay for this shipment. Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the new product to your address free of charge, the shipment will be made to the same address as the original order.

In any case, the products to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed to avoid transport problems. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that the item/s, as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to exchange the item by sending the new product/s to the same address of the original order.

In case the product/s that you have returned to us are not in perfect condition, are used and/or do not have their original packaging, we will inform the customer that we will not proceed to send the new product/s but that he/she must come to pick up the returned product/s in bad condition at our facilities: the customer must hire a courier of your choice and also economically cost the service to pick up the product / s that sent us at the time, we would give the customer 30 days to pick up the product / s in our facilities in Madrid (Spain) with your courier.

To formalize the exchange, it will first be essential to contact Morrison at pedidos@morrisonshoes.com, communicating the situation. Upon receipt of such communication, Morrison will indicate the process to follow to make the size change.

RETURN 

You have 30 days to request a return from the day you acquired the products.

To exercise the return, you must contact Morrison through the mailing address pedidos@morrisonshoes.com through an unequivocal statement that you wish to return the product, MORRISON will indicate how to ship the order to its offices or warehouses.

MORRISON will offer two options to return the product in case of residing in the Iberian spanish Peninsula, the customer can choose the one he prefers: the first one in which the customer can use the courier of his choice and the second one in which we would charge him 5,95€ for generating a return label with our courier. MORRISON will also offer two options to return the product in case of residing in the Balearic Islands, the customer can choose the one he prefers: the first one in which the customer can use the courier of his choice and the second one in which we would charge him 9,4€ for generating a return label with our courier. In any other case the customer must use a courier of his choice.

In the event that the customer chooses a courier of his choice to make the return: Morrison is not responsible for the courier company that the consumer and user hires for the return of the order. In this regard, MORRISON recommends that the consumer and user require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at MORRISON's offices, so that the consumer and user has proof that the product has been correctly delivered to MORRISON. MORRISON is not responsible for the address where the consumer and user sends the order for return if it is different from those indicated. The costs of returning the order (such as, for example, shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the consumer and user. It is estimated that this cost amounts to approximately 6 euros maximum, without being responsible for the final total cost of the management.

The product must be in perfect condition and with all its labels, packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and original accessories that came with it. If this is not done by the consumer and user or if the product has suffered any damage, the consumer and user accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation. Once MORRISON verifies that the order is in optimum condition, MORRISON will refund the full amount paid by the consumer and user. You must also return the goods directly to us without undue delay, at the latest, within 30 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to return the product.

We will refund the amount paid for the product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive the package at our premises (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery or payment other than the least expensive method of standard delivery offered by us). We will proceed to make such refund using the same method of payment used by you in the final transaction provided that the product is in perfect condition, clean, unused and in its original packaging,

In order to comply with the return deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the deadline.

RETURN FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECT

In accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, all products sold by Morrison are covered for 2 years for any manufacturing defect. If you would like to return a product due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of the return and replacement of a product of identical characteristics to the same address of the original shipment.

In any case, the customer must justify with photographs the defects of the products, and must also send us photographs of the original packaging of the product in order to facilitate the investigation to check the lot number of the same and compare which purchase corresponds and thus facilitate the validation that it is a manufacturing defect and not a defect resulting from improper use of the product. Therefore, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed to avoid transportation problems. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that the item/s, as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete, we will proceed to replace the defective product with another of identical characteristics.

Do I have to pay anything for my return of a defective item?

MORRISON CLOTHING S.L. will assume the cost of all returns due to defect as long as the defect of the product is duly justified and it is made within the return period.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods. 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact Morrison at pedidos@morrisonshoes.com with an unequivocal statement. You may also use the Withdrawal Form provided below, although its use is not mandatory. Upon receipt of this communication, MORRISON will indicate how the order is to be sent to its offices or warehouses.

We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same method of payment used by you in the final transaction.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
