Once the Shipping Confirmation has been sent, the Product will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the Order within a maximum period of seventy-two (72) business hours in the Peninsula. In the case of international shipments within the EU, the maximum period will be five (5) business days, while in international shipments outside the EU the maximum period will be seven (7) business days (this estimate could increase in the event that the order was held in customs). In the case of both national and international shipments, delivery time may be affected during the BLACK DAYS, CHRISTMAS and SALES campaigns, so during these seasons orders may be delayed by up to ten (10) extra business days.
MORRISON collaborates with a network of external transport companies to manage the delivery of the products purchased through our platform. These companies operate independently and are subject to their own terms, conditions and operating policies.
Accordingly, MORRISON is not responsible for delays, interruptions, damages, partial or total loss, or any other incident that occurs during the shipping process and that is attributable to the transport companies. This includes, but is not limited to, causes such as weather conditions, strikes, logistical congestion, operational errors or any other circumstance beyond the direct control of MORRISON.
The customer acknowledges and accepts that the indicated delivery times are estimates provided by the transport companies and that they may vary for reasons beyond the control of MORRISON. In the event of delays or inconveniences, MORRISON will provide reasonable assistance to facilitate communication with the transport company involved, but will not assume responsibility or offer compensation for problems arising from such situations.
The customer is recommended to review the specific terms and conditions of the assigned transport company, which will be available as appropriate.
MORRISON assumes no responsibility when the delivery of the Product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the User being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the User or the retention of the Product in Customs.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping. They may contain a fixed and a variable part in very particular cases depending on the weight of the order, so we recommend that, if you want several products, you combine them in a single purchase.

How does the Express Delivery option work?
Our Express Delivery service guarantees that you will receive your order* within 1 working day from the confirmation of your purchase, provided that your order is placed before 13:00 (Spanish mainland time) on a working day.
⚠️ Orders placed after 13:00 will be processed the next working day, so delivery will be made within two working days from the time of purchase.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding local and national holidays. We follow the Madrid public holiday calendar, as our logistics centre is located there.
The cost of the service is 6,95€ for all orders, regardless of the total amount.

Where do we ship?
We ship to a large number of countries. For shipments outside mainland Spain, please consult carrier costs. MORRISON does NOT ship to Ceuta and Melilla.

How does CLICK AND COLLECT work?
If you choose the "click and collect" shipping option, you will have the opportunity to collect your order at the corresponding store you have selected (Madrid/Seville). We will notify you when your package is ready for collection, which will occur approximately within 2 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. Once notified that your order is available for collection, it will be held for a maximum of 7 days.
How does InPost delivery work?
Our InPost service allows you to receive your order easily and conveniently. You can choose the collection point that best suits your location and pick up your package at the time that suits you best, without having to wait at home.
The delivery time is 24 to 72 working hours from the confirmation of your purchase.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to Spain (Mainland) costs €4.95 for purchases up to €65. For orders over €65, shipping is free. For other countries, you can check the shipping rates here.
The total amount you pay includes all applicable taxes and duties. We guarantee that there will be no additional charges.
What happens if there is no stock of the chosen product?
Our system should not allow the sale of any product that we do not have in stock, but in the event that something goes wrong, MORRISON will contact you to find a solution. If the product cannot be obtained within this period, the full amount will be refunded.
In August, as distributors and manufacturers are closed, delivery times may be increased depending on stock. But do not worry because, in these cases, you will be notified in advance so that you know exactly how long it will take you to receive your order.
If you detect any problem with your order (such as missing, defective, incorrect products or if you have never received the order), please let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve it.

If you have received the order, it is essential that you keep the original packaging of the products received, as well as the shipping bag in which they were delivered to you.
If applicable, we undertake to process your claim as quickly as possible and will offer you a solution within a maximum of 14 business days from receipt of your claim.
After 14 calendar days from receipt of the order (or from the estimated delivery date if the order has not been received), we cannot guarantee the acceptance of claims related to missing, incorrect, or non-delivered products, although we will study each case individually.
The deadline for any change or return is 30 days from receipt of the products. Between 9 November 2025 and 11 December 2025, the deadline for exchanges for another product or size is extended until 11 January 2026. MORRISON CLOTHING S.L. reserves the right to reject returns that are notified or sent outside the established period, or products that are not in the same condition as when they were received.

In accordance with articles 102 and 104 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, any user who has made a purchase through the Web has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase for any reason, from the date of receipt of the order by the user or by the person designated to deliver it by the user other than the carrier.
In the case of a multiple order, the goods of which have been delivered separately, the withdrawal period will be calculated from the day on which the user or the person designated by the user other than the carrier has taken physical possession of the last good in the order.
In accordance with the current withdrawal policy for e-commerce platforms, we give Sequra consumers a period of 30 calendar days to exercise their right to return, the amount will be paid using the same payment method used.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the communication regarding the exercise of this right on your part to be sent before the corresponding period expires.
Without prejudice to the legal right of withdrawal, MORRISON grants customers a period of thirty (30) days to exchange and/or return products, counting from the date of receipt of the order by the user or by the person designated for delivery by the user other than the carrier.
In any case, the period for exchange and/or return of those products purchased by customers, during the period between November 10, 2024 and December 10, 2024, may be returned until January 10, 2025.
For these purposes, in the case of return for refund:
The customer must return the products without any undue delay, at the latest, within 30 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of their decision to return the product.
Provided that the product is in perfect condition, clean and with its original packaging, MORRISON undertakes to refund the amount paid for the product within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which it receives the package at its facilities (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery or payment method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method that we offer).
The customer must return the products without undue delay, at the latest, within 30 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to exchange the product.
Provided that the product(s) are in perfect condition, are not used and have the original packaging, they will be exchanged by MORRISON; the latter undertakes to proceed with sending the products to be exchanged to the Customer within a maximum period of fourteen [14] calendar days from the date on which the package is received at its facilities.

Once any of the above communications have been received from MORRISON, the latter will indicate the method of sending the order to its warehouses and the procedure for refunding and/or exchanging the product.

You will be provided with a return label so that you can go to a collection point (Service Point) to deposit the product to be returned. If the customer prefers a home collection instead of going to a Service Point, there is an additional cost of €3 (VAT included) and this service must be requested via email: pedidos@morrisonshoes.com
The customer may choose a courier company of their choice to send their package to our facilities in Madrid. MORRISON is not responsible for the courier company that the customer hires for the return of the order.
In this regard, MORRISON recommends that the customer ask the courier company to provide them with the reference number of the shipment so that they can track it, as well as the proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at the MORRISON offices, so that the consumer and user has proof that the product has been correctly delivered to MORRISON.
MORRISON is not responsible for the address where the customer sends the order for return if it is different from those indicated. The costs of returning the order (such as, for example, shipping costs through courier companies) will be assumed directly by the customer.
If the customer wants to return the product in our own stores directly and in person, they can do so by presenting the order number to the store staff. The own stores are Fuencarral 55 (Madrid) and Sierpes 36 (Seville). Returns made in person are free of charge.
In any case, the product must be in perfect condition and with all its labels, packaging and -if applicable-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the customer does not proceed in this way or if the customer does not return the product in person, they will be responsible for the return.

As a voluntary alternative to a refund of the amount paid, the customer may choose to receive a PURCHASE VOUCHER – YOU GET AN EXTRA 5%! which will include an additional 5% on the amount of the returned product.
Selecting this option is entirely voluntary and constitutes an alternative to a monetary refund.
Conditions of the purchase voucher:
– Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
– Can be combined with promotions active at the time of use.
– Valid exclusively for purchases made in our online store.
Once this option has been selected, a code associated with the corresponding amount will be automatically generated and sent to the customer by email.
The code must be entered in the shopping cart during the purchase process and is single-use, personal and non-transferable.
Choosing the voucher implies express acceptance of these conditions.
Once issued, the voucher is final and cannot be cancelled, modified or subsequently converted into a monetary refund.
Regarding returns for refund: the customer accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation in the valuation of the amount to be refunded by MORRISON. Once MORRISON verifies that the order is in optimal condition, MORRISON will proceed to refund all the amounts paid by the customer.
Regarding returns due to size/model changes: If the product(s) returned to us are not in perfect condition, are used and/or do not have their original packaging, we will inform the customer that we will not proceed to send them the new product(s) but that they must pick up the returned product(s) in poor condition at our facilities: the customer must hire a courier of their choice and also pay the cost of the service of picking up the product(s) they sent us at the time. We will give the customer 30 days to pick up the product(s) at our facilities in Madrid (Spain) with their courier.
If the purchase includes several products and you need to make several size changes, you must do them all at once, so make sure you are satisfied with the size of the products you are not going to return. Returns and exchanges of all products will only be accepted if they are in their original packaging, excluding gift bags.
MORRISON will assume the costs of collecting and shipping the new product(s) you wish to exchange for all orders in mainland Spain for purchases made in mainland Spain. In this way, MORRISON will assume the costs of the first change of size or model in mainland Spain. If a second change of size or model is required, the customer will be responsible for the costs of returning and shipping a new product.
As for international and/or Balearic shipments, the customer will be responsible for the costs of changing the size, as for both national and international returns, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of these.
In any case, changes in size or model will be subject to stock availability.
In accordance with the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, all products sold by MORRISON are covered for 3 years for any manufacturing defect. If you would like to return a product due to a factory defect, we will cover the costs of returning and replacing a product with identical characteristics to the same address as the original shipment.
In any case, the customer must justify the defects of the products with photographs, and must also send us photographs of the original packaging of the product to facilitate our investigation to verify the batch number of the product and compare which purchase it corresponds to and thus facilitate validation that it is a factory defect and not a defect resulting from incorrect use of the product.
Therefore, please ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed to avoid problems during transport. Once received, we will check its condition. Once we have verified that the item(s) and any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation are complete, we will proceed to replace the defective product with another of identical characteristics.
MYSTERY BOX Promotion (April 2026)
By placing an order that includes a reference from the MYSTERY BOX category*, you accept that you are purchasing a product whose contents are a surprise and assigned randomly.
