“GIVEAWAY: 6 DOUBLE TICKETS FOR THE SANSAN FESTIVAL – INSTAGRAM”


1. Organizing company

The organization of this raffle called “RAFFLE: 6 DOUBLE TICKETS FOR THE SANSAN FESTIVAL – INSTAGRAM” (hereinafter, the “Raffle” ) is the responsibility of MORRISON CLOTHING, SLU , with NIF B-87.588.430 and registered office at Calle Sancho Dávila, number 15, 2nd Floor, Door 2, Madrid (Spain) (hereinafter, “Morrison” or the “Promoter” ).
These legal terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions” ) govern the conditions of participation in the Draw.
Morrison reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as to suspend or cancel the Draw for justified reasons, communicating it through its usual channels.


2. Purpose of the draw
The purpose of the Giveaway is to promote the Morrison Shoes brand through the Instagram social network by encouraging users to interact with a story -format post published on the official account @morrisonshoes .
Six (6) prizes will be raffled among all participants, each consisting of:
1 double pass for the Sansan festival , which will be held in Valencia on April 17, 18 and 19, 2025 .
The approximate value of each double season ticket is between €120 and €130 .
The season tickets will be digital and will be delivered by Morrison to the winners.


3. Territorial scope and participants
All individuals who meet the following requirements may participate in the Draw:

  • Be over 18 years old
  • Being residents in Spain
  • Have an active Instagram account
  • Follow the official account @morrisonshoes

Participation in the Draw is free .
Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions .


4. Duration of the draw
The participation period will begin on:
March 16, 2026 at 12:00 hours (GMT+1) and will end on: March 23, 2026 at 12:00 hours (GMT+1) (hereinafter, the “Draw Duration” ).

Entries received outside of this period will not be considered valid.


5. Mechanics of participation
To participate in the Draw, users must:

  • Follow the official Instagram account @morrisonshoes .
  • Reply to the story posted on Instagram by @morrisonshoes with the word “fertilizer” .
  • Following this interaction, the user will receive an automated message requesting their email address.
  • The user must reply to this message by providing their email address .

Once the email is received, participation in the Draw will be considered registered.


Each participant may enter only once per Instagram account, with only one entry per email address. Therefore, only one email address per participating Instagram account will be accepted.


Morrison reserves the right to exclude duplicate, fraudulent, or automated entries, as well as those that use multiple Instagram accounts or multiple email addresses to increase the chances of winning.



6. Selection of winners

On March 23, 2026 , once the participation period has ended, the draw will be carried out using the external tool Sorteados , which allows the random selection of participants.

The following will be selected:

  • 6 winners
  • 10 substitutes

The selection will be made completely randomly among all emails correctly registered during the participation period.
The result of the draw will not be publicly broadcast or communicated via video .


7. Communication with the winners
The winners will be contacted by email once the draw has taken place.

Each winner must respond accepting the prize within a maximum of 48 hours from the email being sent .

If no response is received within that period, the prize will automatically pass to the first available alternate , following the order established in the draw.


8. Prize conditions
The prize consists exclusively of:

6 double passes for the Sansan Festival.
The prize:

  • It is not redeemable for cash
  • It is not transferable
  • cannot be modified

Morrison is not responsible for changes in the organization of the festival, such as date changes, cancellations or alterations to the event that depend on third parties.

9. Reservation of rights
Morrison reserves the right to:

  • exclude fraudulent entries
  • exclude participants who violate the Terms and Conditions
  • to cancel or modify the Draw for justified reasons

Morrison will also not be liable for:

  • errors in the data provided by the participants
  • technical failures on the participation platform
  • incidents in telecommunications networks
  • problems arising from the operation of Instagram or the platform's messaging systems.

10. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with Instagram .

Participants release Instagram from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway.

The information provided by the participants will be provided exclusively to Morrison and not to Instagram.


11. Protection of personal data
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and current Spanish legislation:

  • suppression
  • opposition
  • limitation
  • portability

They also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency .


12. Acceptance of the terms
Participation in the Draw implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions .
