How do you send it?


Once the Shipping Confirmation is sent, the Product will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the Order within a maximum period of 72 working hours in the Peninsula. In the case of international shipments, the maximum period will be 5 business days. Both in the case of national shipments and in the case of international shipments, delivery time may be affected during the BLACK DAYS and CHRISTMAS campaign, so between November 11, 2023 and January 11, 2024, orders may suffer a delay of up to 10 extra business days.

MORRISON CLOTHING S.L does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the Product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the User being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned to such effect, such as the absence of the User or the retention of the Product in Customs.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part in very particular cases depending on the weight of the order, so we recommend that, if you want several products, you combine them in a single purchase.

The shipment of packages is subject to the security and delivery conditions of the chosen carrier.

Where do you ship?
We ship to a large number of countries. For shipments outside mainland Spain, please consult carrier costs. Morrison does NOT ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipments to Spain (Peninsula) have a cost of 3€ up to 17€ of purchase; 4€ up to 30€ of purchase; and 4,95€ up to 85 euros of purchase. For purchases over 85 euros the shipping costs are free. For shipments outside Spain (Peninsula) and EU check prices at pedidos@morrisonshoes.com. If you choose the Paypal payment option, there will be an additional cost of 1 euro (non-refundable).

Shipping costs include transport, insurance and customs clearance at origin. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs charges at destination and other taxes (customs duties) are not included; it will be the recipient who will have to pay them in cash in order to receive the goods.

The recipient will be responsible for all import charges and taxes incurred at the destination customs office, whether or not the goods are delivered to him.

How long will it take for my Morrison products to arrive?

Deliveries to mainland Spain will take 72 hours in working days from order confirmation to arrive at your home or destination.

For deliveries outside mainland Spain, the delivery time is 5 working days from order confirmation.

What happens if there is no stock of the chosen product?
Our system should not allow the sale of any product that we do not have in stock, but in the event that something goes wrong, Morrison will contact you to find a solution. If the product is not available within this period, a full refund will be made.

What is the deadline for an exchange or return?
The deadline for any exchange or return is 30 days from receipt of the products. Between 15 November 2023 and 15 December 2023, the deadline for exchanges and returns is extended to 15 January 2024. MORRISON CLOTHING S.L. reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

SIZE/MODEL CHANGES
In the event that the purchase includes several products and you need to make several size changes, you must do them all at the same time, so make sure you are satisfied with the size of the products that you are not going to return. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for all products if they are in their original packaging, excluding gift bags. The deadline for any exchange or return is 30 days from receipt of the products. Between 15 November 2023 and 15 December 2023 the deadline for exchanges and returns is extended to 15 January 2024.

Morrison will bear the cost of collection and shipping of the new product(s) you wish to exchange for all orders within mainland Spain for purchases made within mainland Spain. Morrison will cover the cost of the first size or model exchange in mainland Spain. If a second change of size or model is required, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning and sending a new product.

For international and Balearic Islands shipments, it will be the customer who will be responsible for the costs of the change of size, as for both national and international returns, it will be the customer who will be responsible for the shipping costs from them. MORRISON will send you an unequivocal statement that you wish to return the product and will indicate how to send the order to its offices or warehouses. MORRISON has the following return/exchange rates via its DHL courier service depending on the customer's town/country.

Return and exchange costs must always be paid by the customer, except in the case of the first exchange in mainland Spain, which will be free of charge for the customer.

Spanish peninsular - 3,95€ base plus 2€ for each returned item (The first peninsular exchange is free, this price only applies to the rest of the exchanges and/or returns. If the customer misuses the return label, such as using it to request a refund for the returned product, the customer must assume the cost of the return label and may choose to have it deducted from the amount to be refunded for the returned product or transfer the money to the bank account that we will provide).

Balearic Islands- 6,95€ basic plus 2€ for each item returned.

Germany- 6,95€ basic plus 6€ for each item returned.

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia: €10.95 basic plus €5.95 per returned item

Ireland, Lithuania - 12,95€ basic rate + 6€ for each returned item

Italy - €16.95 for each item returned

France - €7.95 basic plus €6.95 for each item returned

Morrison will provide a return label for the size exchange. This label must be used to return the product to us via a DHL service point. If the customer prefers a home collection instead of going to a service point, there is a surcharge of €3 (VAT included) and the customer would have to request it via email pedidos@morrisonshoes.com. As soon as the returned product arrives we will send the new size/model to the customer at the same address as the original delivery address once the return label has been paid for (except for the first size exchange in the Spanish peninsular which does not require any payment).

If the customer prefers to use a courier of their choice to deliver the package to our facilities in Madrid, they may also do so.

If the customer chooses a courier of their choice for the return: Morrison is not responsible for the courier company that the consumer and user hires to return the order. In this respect, MORRISON recommends that consumers and users require the courier company to provide them with proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at MORRISON's offices, so that consumers and users have proof that the product has been correctly delivered to MORRISON. MORRISON shall not be responsible for the address where the consumer and user sends the order for return if this is different from those indicated. The costs of returning the order (such as, for example, delivery costs via courier companies) shall be borne directly by the consumer and user. It is estimated that this cost amounts to approximately 19 euros, but we cannot be held responsible for the final total cost of the management charged by the courier.

If the customer wants to exchange the product in our own shops directly and in person, he/she can do so by presenting the order number to the shop staff, the shops are: lagasca 27 (Madrid) , fuencarral 55 (Madrid) and sierpes 36 (sevilla) There is no cost for size/model exchange or return in our own shops as long as it is in person.

In any case, the products to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, in order to avoid transport problems, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that the item/s, as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to exchange the item/s by sending the new product/s to the same address as the original order.

In the event that the product/s that have been returned to us are not in perfect condition, are used and/or do not have their original packaging, we will inform the customer that we will not proceed to send them the new product/s but that they must come and collect the returned product/s in poor condition from our facilities: the customer will have to hire a courier of their choice and also pay for the service of picking up the product/s that they sent us at the time, we will give the customer 30 days to pick up the product/s at our facilities in Madrid (Spain) with their courier.

To formalise the exchange, you must first contact Morrison through the REVENI platform, communicating the situation or writing an email to pedidos@morrisonshoes.com. Once this communication has been received, Morrison will indicate the process to follow to change the size/model.

RETURNS
You have 30 days to request a return from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods. The deadline for any exchange or return is 30 days from receipt of the products. Between 15 November 2023 and 15 December 2023 the deadline for exchanges and returns is extended to 15 January 2024.

If the customer chooses a courier of their choice for the return: Morrison is not responsible for the courier company that the consumer and user hires to return the order. In this respect, MORRISON recommends that consumers and users require the courier company to provide them with proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at MORRISON's offices, so that consumers and users have proof that the product has been correctly delivered to MORRISON. MORRISON shall not be responsible for the address where the consumer and user sends the order for return if this is different from those indicated. The costs of returning the order (such as, for example, delivery costs via courier companies) shall be borne directly by the consumer and user. It is estimated that this cost amounts to approximately 19 euros, but we cannot be held responsible for the final total cost of the management charged by the courier.

In any case: the product must be in perfect condition and with all its labels, packaging and, where appropriate, original documentation and accessories that came with it. If this is not done by the consumer and user or if the product has been damaged in any way, the consumer and user accepts that the product may be subject to depreciation. Once MORRISON has checked that the order is in optimum condition, MORRISON will refund the full amount paid by the consumer and user.

You must also return the goods directly to us without undue delay, at the latest within 30 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to return the product.

We will refund the amount paid for the product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive the package at our premises (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery or payment method other than the least expensive method of standard delivery offered by us). We will reimburse you provided that the product is in perfect condition, clean, unused and in its original packaging,

In order to comply with the return deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the deadline.

To formalise the return, you must first contact Morrison via the REVENI platform, communicating the situation or, failing that, by sending an email to pedidos@morrisonshoes.com. Once this communication has been received, Morrison will indicate the process to follow to change the size/model.

RETURN FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECT


In accordance with the General Law for the defence of Consumers and Users, all products sold by Morrison are covered for 2 years for any manufacturing defect. If you would like to return a product due to a manufacturing defect, we will pay for the cost of returning and replacing a product of identical characteristics to the same address as the original shipment.

In any case, the customer must justify with photographs the defects of the products, and must also send us photographs of the original packaging of the product in order to facilitate the investigation to check the batch number of the product and compare which purchase it corresponds to and thus facilitate the validation that it is a manufacturing defect and not a defect resulting from improper use of the product. Therefore, in order to avoid transport problems, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that the item/s, as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete, we will replace the defective product with another of identical characteristics.

Do I have to pay anything for returning a faulty item?

MORRISON CLOTHING S.L. will assume the cost of all returns due to defects as long as the defect of the product is duly justified and it is made within the return period.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquired the material possession of the goods.

To formalize the right of withdrawal, it will first be essential to contact Morrison through the REVENI platform, communicating the situation. Once said communication is received, Morrison will indicate the process to follow.

Or if you prefer, you can also use the Withdrawal Form provided below, although its use is not mandatory, and write to us at ventas@morrisonshoes.com to request a refund. Once said communication is received, MORRISON will indicate how to send the order to its warehouses.

MORRISON is not responsible for the address where the consumer and user sends the order for return if it is different from those indicated. The costs of returning the order (such as, for example, shipping costs through courier companies) will be assumed directly by the consumer and user. It is estimated that this cost amounts to approximately 19 euros, without being able to hold us responsible for the final total cost of the management charged by said courier.

If the customer wants to return the product to our own stores directly and in person, they can do so by presenting the order number to the store staff. Our own stores are Lagasca 27 (Madrid), Fuencarral 55 (Madrid) and Sierpes 36 (Sevilla). They do not have no cost to return in person at own stores.

In any case, the product must be in perfect condition and with all its labels, packaging and - where applicable - documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the consumer and user do not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the consumer and user accepts that the product may suffer depreciation. Once MORRISON verifies that the order is in optimal conditions, MORRISON will proceed to return all amounts paid by the consumer and user. Likewise, you must return the goods directly to us without any undue delay, at the latest, within a period of 30 calendar days from the date on which your decision to return the product is communicated to us.

We will refund the amount paid for the product within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive the package at our facilities (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method. or payment other than the least expensive type of ordinary delivery that we offer). We will proceed to make said refund as long as the product is in perfect condition, clean, unused and with its original packaging.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the communication regarding your exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding period expires.
