MORRISON CLOTHING, S.L. (hereinafter, “MORRISON”), through this document, regulates the access to and use of the website www.morrisonshoes.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) by internet users. A user shall be understood as any person who browses or accesses the services and products offered through the Website. A customer shall be understood as any user who has purchased any MORRISON product through the Website.
In any case, any user who browses and accesses the Website fully accepts these General Terms and Conditions.
Occasionally, MORRISON may offer services through the Website that may be subject to their own specific terms and conditions, of which the user will be informed.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
The user undertakes to use the Website in an appropriate and lawful manner, respecting at all times the applicable legislation and this document. In particular, by way of example and without limitation, the following are prohibited:

The user, as buyer, is informed and accepts that acting in good faith is essential for the completion of sales transactions, which implies verifying and accepting the information provided regarding products, prices and transaction conditions.
In the event of errors in product descriptions, prices or any other relevant information, MORRISON undertakes to notify the user as soon as possible in order to obtain the user’s express acceptance for the definitive completion of the product purchase.On the other hand, if an error in the price of any product is detected after the transaction has been completed, the order will be cancelled and the corresponding refund will be issued to the same payment method used by the user, who will be notified by email.
MORRISON undertakes to make its best efforts and carry out all necessary actions and processes to minimize any errors that may arise. If the user detects an error in the personal data provided during registration, they may correct it by accessing the “Edit Addresses” section within the “My Account” area of the Website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PROMOTIONS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
All discounts and promotions offered on our Website are valid only during the period indicated in each case, both for individual personalized discounts and generic discounts, and may be subject to limitations on available units, specific dates or additional conditions. Discounts cannot be combined with each other, unless otherwise stated in the promotion or expressly indicated by MORRISON.
Promotional codes must be entered during the purchase process in order to be applied, specifically during the Website checkout process. Only valid promotional codes officially issued by MORRISON and within the established validity period will be accepted. The company reserves the right to cancel any order that uses an incorrect, invalid or fraudulently used promotional code.
Discounts will be applied exclusively to the sale price of the product, before applying shipping costs in accordance with the rates applicable at any given time, unless otherwise stated. Some discounts may be limited to specific products, categories or customers, as specified in the corresponding promotion.
MORRISON reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion or discount without prior notice, especially in cases of typographical errors, technical problems or signs of abusive or fraudulent use.
In the case of returns of products purchased with a discount, the amount actually paid by the customer will be refunded, adjusted according to the promotion applied. In the case of partial returns of an order where a discount based on a minimum purchase amount was applied, said discount may be recalculated or removed if the return affects the initial conditions of the promotion.

The Mystery Box is a surprise pack where you choose your size and receive a selection of Morrison products without knowing exactly which ones you will receive.
Each pack includes different combinations of sneakers, T-shirts or sweatshirts, and always has a higher value than the price you pay.
It is only available for the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania and Sweden.
By placing the order, you accept that you are purchasing a Mystery Box product, whose content is a surprise and is assigned randomly.
Some of our special products, such as the Mystery Box, have different conditions from the rest of the store. Due to the nature of this type of product, exchanges and returns are not accepted once the order has been placed.
This means that:
You will not be able to request changes of size, model or product.
Returns and refunds are not accepted.

June 2026 survey, promotional discount and participation in the prize draw
During the month of June 2026, Morrison Shoes may make a survey available to users with the aim of learning their opinion and improving its products, services and shopping experience.
Participation in the survey will be limited to one single response per user. Each user may complete the survey only once and, if participation is associated with a promotional discount, may receive said discount only once.
The discount obtained through participation in the survey will be personal, for one-time use only and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, promotional codes, sales, special offers or active campaigns on the Website.
The discount code will be valid until 31 December 2026. Once this date has passed, the discount will automatically expire and may not be used or reactivated.

MORRISON’s waiver of a specific right or action shall not imply the waiver of any other rights or actions arising from these General Terms and Conditions.
Likewise, any waiver by MORRISON of any of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, or of the rights or actions arising from the Contract, shall not be effective unless it is expressly established as such and formalized by express notification from MORRISON to users and/or customers.
PARTIAL INVALIDITY
If any of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions is declared null and void by a final decision of the competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, without such declaration of nullity affecting the validity of the remaining terms of the General Terms and Conditions not affected by such declaration.
MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MORRISON expressly reserves the right to modify and/or update these General Terms and Conditions, without such modifications affecting purchases made previously.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
