Morrison will assume the costs of returning and shipping the new product/s that you want to change in all orders in the Spanish peninsular territory . In this way, Morrison will assume the costs of the first change of size or model. If you need a second change of size or model, it will be the customer who must bear the costs of returning and shipping a new product.
In the event that your purchase includes several products and you need to make several size changes, you must do them all at once, so make sure that you are satisfied with the size of the products that you are not going to return.
In any case, the products to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid transport problems, please make sure that the package is duly protected and sealed.
To formalize the change, it will first be essential that you contact Morrison at pedidos@morrisonshoes.com, communicating the situation. Once this communication is received, Morrison will indicate the process to follow to make the size change. The process consists of:
1- We will need you to tell us under what name you made the order in the online store and to tell us what product you want to receive in exchange.
2- If the product you want to change is in the same state that you received it, we would hire a courier to make the change. You would have to send us the product to return and, once received at our facilities, we would send you the new size/model to the address of the original order.
