Morrison Members is our loyalty program and is designed to reward our customers for every purchase and action they make on our website. Every time you shop or interact with us, you earn points that you can redeem for discounts and other exclusive benefits. In addition, the points you accumulate also allow you to move up a level and access certain additional privileges depending on your level within the program.

You can earn points with your purchases and by performing different actions such as: following us on Instagram or Tik Tok, subscribing to the newsletter, etc. You can see all the ways to earn points above, in the "HOW TO EARN POINTS" section.

Levels are determined by the amount of points you accumulate. We have three levels in our loyalty program:

• Rookie : 0 - 999 points
• Pro : 1000 - 1999 points
• Legend : 2000+ points

The more points you accumulate, the greater the benefits and rewards you can access. Above, in the "LEVEL UP" section, you can see everything that each level offers. Once you reach a level, you will have a period of 12 months to maintain it. At the end of this period, your level will be re-evaluated based on the points generated during that year.

You will automatically move up a level once you generate the required number of points for each level. It doesn't matter if you have already redeemed some points, what counts is the total number of points generated in the last 12 months.

No, you don't need to keep points without redeeming them. Your level advancement is based on the points you've generated, not the points you have available. So you can redeem points throughout the year without it affecting your progress.

Yes, if you do not generate enough points to maintain your current level for the next 365 days, you may be demoted. For example, if you reach Legend level by generating 2,000 points, you will need to generate another 2,000 points over the next 12 months to maintain your current level.

The value of points in the program remains the same as in the previous program: €1 equals 5 points . This means that for every euro you spend in our store, you will receive 5 points. For example, on a purchase of €100, you would get 500 points.

The number of points required to redeem each reward varies:

• 5€ discount : 500 points
• 10€ discount : 1000 points
• 15€ discount : 1500 points

These coupons can be used with a minimum spend of €50

Once you've accumulated enough points, you can redeem them for discount codes at checkout. To generate the code, go to your Morrison Member personal area and choose the reward you want to generate a code that you'll need to copy and paste into your cart at checkout.

Yes, you can earn and redeem points both in our online store and in our physical store. Please make sure to provide your account details when making a purchase in the physical store so that they are applied correctly.

When you refer a friend to Morrison Shoes, you both win. Your friend will automatically receive a €10 voucher that they can use on their first purchase. When your friend makes this purchase of more than €50, you will receive 500 points in your account once the order has been approved (30 days from the purchase). Remember that you can share your referral link from your private area on our website.

If you were already a member of the previous loyalty program, your points have been automatically transferred. For example, if you had 550 points available, those points will remain in your current account and you can use them in the new program.

Points associated with your purchases may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. If after this time you still see an error in your points balance, please contact us by email at pedidos@morrisonshoes.com and we will review it.

No, we do not currently allow combining product, order or shipping discounts during checkout.

Points earned from purchases and referring a friend have a 30-day approval period. This means that your points will appear as "pending" during this time and you will only be able to use them once the 30-day period has passed since the purchase was made or your friend completed their order.

You can check your points balance by logging into your Morrison Shoes account and navigating to the "Members" section. There you will be able to see your level, accumulated points, pending points, and available rewards.

If you return a product, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If you have already redeemed points for a reward before returning the product, you may incur a negative points balance until you make new purchases to offset it.

No, loyalty points are not transferable and can only be used by the account in which they were generated.

Points do not expire as long as you remain an active member and participating in the program. If you do not make any purchases or activities within 12 months, points may expire.

Yes, you can redeem your points during Black Friday, sales or promotions, unless otherwise specified in a particular campaign. Please note that points are redeemed using codes that you must enter at checkout, and these codes cannot be combined with other discounts or free shipping.
