SWEEPSTAKES: INTERESTELAR FESTIVAL PASSES – MEMBERS”


1. Organizing Company
The organization of this sweepstakes, called “SWEEPSTAKES: INTERESTELAR FESTIVAL PASSES – MEMBERS” (hereinafter, the “Sweepstakes”), is managed by MORRISON CLOTHING, S.L.U., with Tax ID B-87.588.430 and registered office at Calle Sancho Dávila, number 15, 2ª Planta, Puerta 2, Madrid (Spain) (hereinafter, “Morrison” or the “Promoter”).
These legal terms and conditions (the “Terms”) regulate the conditions for participation in the Sweepstakes.
Morrison reserves the right to modify these Terms, as well as to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes for justified reasons.


2. Purpose of the Sweepstakes
The purpose of the Sweepstakes is to reward members of the Morrison database (“Members”).
The following prizes will be drawn:

• 3 double VIP passes for the Interestelar Festival
• 2 double general admission passes for the Interestelar Festival

The passes will be valid for May 15 and 16.
The prizes will be delivered in digital format.


3. Geographical Scope and Participants
All individuals who meet the following requirements may participate in the Sweepstakes:

• Be over 18 years old
• Be part of Morrison's Members database
• Correctly complete the participation form

Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms.


4. Participation Mechanism
To participate in the Sweepstakes, users must:

• Accept these Terms
• Provide the following data:
• First name
• Last name
• Phone number
• Email address

Only one entry per person will be allowed.
Morrison reserves the right to exclude fraudulent or incomplete entries.


5. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected randomly from all valid entries.
The following will be selected:

• 5 winners (3 double VIP + 2 double general admission)
• Alternates if necessary

6. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by email on Friday, May 8.
Each winner must confirm acceptance of the prize before:
👉 Saturday at 10:00 AM GMT+2
If no response is received within that period, the prize will automatically pass to the next alternate.


7. Prize Conditions
The prize:

• Is not exchangeable for money
• Is not transferable
• Cannot be modified

Morrison is not responsible for any possible changes in the festival organization.


8. Reservation of Rights
Morrison reserves the right to:

• Exclude fraudulent entries
• Exclude participants who do not comply with the Terms
• Modify or cancel the Sweepstakes for justified reasons

9. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed by MORRISON CLOTHING, S.L.U. for the purpose of managing the Sweepstakes and contacting the winners.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, or erasure by sending a request to info@morrisonshoes.com.


10. Acceptance of the Terms
Participation in the Sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these Terms.
