OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE "1 YEAR OF FREE MORRISON" GIVEAWAY

1. Organizing company

The company Morrison Shoes —hereinafter, "Morrison"— is organizing the promotional giveaway called "1 year of free Morrison," aimed at users who receive the survey communication and participate correctly in accordance with the requirements established in these official rules.

For legal purposes, the full details of the organizing company are MORRISON CLOTHING SL, with Tax ID B87588430 and registered office at C/ SANCHO DÁVILA 15, 2º2 28028, MADRID.

2. Purpose of the giveaway

The objective of the giveaway is to incentivize participation in a Morrison survey, rewarding one participant with 12 Morrison products, equivalent to one free Morrison product per month for one year.

3. Geographical scope

The giveaway will have an international scope, so people from any country may participate, provided they meet the requirements established in these official rules.

4. Giveaway duration

The participation period will begin on June 9, 2026, and end on July 5, 2026, both dates inclusive.

Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

The giveaway will be resolved on July 6, 2026, the date on which Morrison will directly contact the winner.

5. Participation requirements

All natural persons who meet the following requirements may participate:

• Be over 18 years of age.
• Have received the survey communication sent by Morrison.
• Correctly answer the survey within the participation period.
• Provide the requested data truthfully and completely.
• Accept these official rules.

It will not be necessary to have made a prior purchase from Morrison to participate in the giveaway.

Each participant may participate only once during the validity period of the giveaway.

Employees of Morrison, direct collaborators of the promotion, agencies involved in the organization of the giveaway, and their direct family members will be excluded from the giveaway.

6. Participation mechanism

To participate, the user must answer the survey enabled by Morrison within the specified deadline.

All persons who correctly complete the survey and meet the requirements established in these official rules will automatically be entered into the giveaway.

Participation will be free and will not imply any purchase obligation.

The 20% discount associated with completing the survey is independent of this giveaway and is not part of the prize regulated in these official rules.

7. Prize

The prize will consist of 12 Morrison products, which may be selected by the winner from sneakers, clothing, and/or accessories available on the Morrison website.

The prize will be subject to stock availability at the time of product selection.

The 12 products will be sent in a single package to the address indicated by the winner.

Shipping costs arising from the delivery of the prize will be borne by Morrison.

The prize will not be exchangeable for cash, discounts, gift cards, or any other alternative prize.

The prize is personal and non-transferable, unless expressly authorized by Morrison.

8. Changes and returns

Products received as a prize will not be eligible for changes or returns, except in case of manufacturing defect or error attributable to Morrison.

9. Winner selection

Once the participation period has ended, Morrison will conduct a random drawing among all valid entries received.

The drawing will be resolved on July 6, 2026, using the Sortea2 platform.

1 winner and several alternates will be selected, in case the winner does not meet the requirements, cannot be contacted, rejects the prize, or does not respond within the established deadline.

10. Winner notification

Morrison will directly contact the winner using the data provided in the survey, primarily via email.

The winner must respond and accept the prize within a maximum of 48 hours from notification.

If no response is received within this period, Morrison may assign the prize to the first available alternate.

Morrison will not publish the resolution of the giveaway or the winner's personal data on social media or other public channels.

11. Prize conditions

Morrison is not responsible for possible errors in the data provided by the participant that prevent their identification, contact, or delivery of the prize.

If any of the products chosen by the winner are not available at the time of preparing the shipment, Morrison may offer similar alternatives within its catalog.

Morrison reserves the right to deny prize delivery if it detects fraudulent, duplicated, incomplete, or participations contrary to these official rules.

12. Data protection

Morrison reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway due to justified, technical, legal, organizational, or force majeure reasons, communicating it duly whenever possible.

Likewise, Morrison reserves the right to exclude any participation it deems fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, incomplete, or contrary to good faith and these official rules.
