"MORRISON X PAVLENHA" GIVEAWAY LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Organizing Company
The company Morrison Shoes —hereinafter, "Morrison"— is organizing the promotional giveaway titled "Morrison x Pavlenha", aimed at members of the Morrison Members community who meet the requirements established in these legal terms and conditions.
For legal purposes, the full details of the organizing company are: MORRISON CLOTHING SL, with CIF B87588430 and registered office at C/ SANCHO DÁVILA 15, 2º2 28028, MADRID.

2. Purpose of the Giveaway
The objective of the giveaway is to reward the Morrison Members community with the chance to win double tickets to attend the Pavlenha concert, which will take place on June 12, 2026, at Sala Mon, Madrid.

3. Territorial Scope
The giveaway will be valid for residents of Spain.

4. Giveaway Duration
The participation period will begin on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 8:00 PM, Spanish peninsular time, and will end on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM, Spanish peninsular time.
Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

5. Participation Requirements
All natural persons who meet the following requirements may participate:

Be over 18 years old.

Be a member of Morrison Members.

Participate correctly through the landing page enabled by Morrison for the giveaway.

Provide the requested data truthfully and completely.

Accept these legal terms and conditions.

Each participant may participate only once during the giveaway's validity period.
Morrison employees, direct collaborators of the promotion, agencies involved in the organization of the giveaway, and their direct family members will be excluded from the giveaway.

6. Participation Mechanics
To participate, the user must access the landing page enabled by Morrison, complete the participation form, and accept these legal terms and conditions within the indicated period.
Participation will be free and will not imply any obligation to purchase.

7. Prize
4 double tickets for the Pavlenha concert will be drawn, which will take place on June 12, 2026, at Sala Mon, Madrid.
There will be a total of 4 winners, and each winner will receive 2 tickets.
The prize will not be exchangeable for money, discounts, Morrison products, or any other alternative prize.
The prize is personal and non-transferable, unless expressly authorized by Morrison.

8. Winner Selection
Once the participation period has ended, Morrison will conduct a random draw among all valid entries received.
The draw will take place on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, after the participation period has closed.
4 winners will be selected, along with several alternates, in case any of the winners do not meet the requirements, cannot be contacted, or reject the prize.

9. Communication to Winners
Morrison will contact the winners using the data provided in the participation form, primarily via email.
Winners must respond and accept the prize within a maximum of 24 hours from the communication. If no response is received within this period, Morrison may assign the prize to the first available alternate.
Morrison will not publish the giveaway results or the personal data of the winners on Instagram or other public channels.

10. Prize Conditions
The prize only includes the tickets indicated. Travel, accommodation, daily allowances, personal expenses, or any other costs associated with attending the concert will not be included.
Morrison is not responsible for possible changes, cancellations, delays, or modifications of the concert due to causes beyond the brand's control.

11. Data Protection
The personal data provided by participants will be processed by Morrison for the purpose of managing participation in the giveaway, verifying compliance with requirements, contacting winners, and delivering the prize.
The legal basis for processing will be the participant's consent and acceptance of these legal terms and conditions. The AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency) considers consent as a legal basis for promotional activities when the user grants it validly.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, and portability by writing to info@morrisonshoes.com.
The data will be retained for the time necessary to manage the giveaway and, subsequently, for the applicable legal periods.

12. Taxation
In the event that the prize is subject to taxation or tax withholding in accordance with current regulations, Morrison will carry out the legally corresponding actions. The Tax Agency includes prizes obtained from participation in games, contests, raffles, or random combinations within the cases to be declared when applicable.
Any tax obligations arising from the acceptance of the prize will be assumed in accordance with applicable law.

13. Reservations and Limitations
Morrison reserves the right to exclude any participation deemed fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated, or contrary to these terms and conditions.
Likewise, Morrison may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway for justified reasons or force majeure, duly communicating this to participants whenever possible.
