LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE "YOUR ORDER FOR FREE" PROMOTION

1. Organizing Company

Morrison Clothing S.L. (hereinafter, “Morrison”), with Tax ID B87588430 and registered office at C/ Sancho Dávila 15, 2º2, 28028 Madrid (Spain), is organizing the promotion called “Your Order for Free”, aimed at customers who make a purchase during the promotional period and according to the conditions established in these legal terms and conditions.

2. Purpose of the Promotion

The purpose of the promotion is to reward customers who make a purchase at Morrison during the promotional period.

Each day, a winning order will be selected from all valid purchases made during the corresponding day, obtaining a full refund of the amount paid for said order.

3. Territorial Scope

The promotion will have an international scope and all natural persons over 18 years of age who make a valid purchase through any of the participating channels may participate.

4. Promotion Duration

The promotion will begin on June 30, 2026, at 00:00 (Spanish peninsular time) and will end on July 5, 2026, at 23:59 (Spanish peninsular time).

Only orders placed within this period will participate.

5. Participating Channels

Orders placed through the following channels will participate in the promotion:

• Morrison’s online store.

• Morrison Fuencarral physical store (Madrid).

• Morrison Sierpes physical store (Seville).

All orders placed through any of these channels will have the same chance of winning.

6. Participation Requirements

All natural persons who meet the following requirements may participate:

• Are over 18 years of age.

• Make a valid purchase during the promotional period.

• Provide valid contact details to be reachable if they win.

Participation is automatic by making a purchase and does not require any additional action from the customer.

There is no minimum purchase amount to participate.

Morrison employees, direct collaborators of the promotion, agencies involved in its organization, and their direct relatives are excluded from the promotion.

7. Promotion Mechanics

Each calendar day, a draw will be held among all valid orders placed during that day, taking Spanish peninsular time (Madrid) as reference.

One winning order will be selected for each day of the promotion.

Each order will participate exclusively in the draw corresponding to the day on which it was placed.

8. Prize

The prize will consist of a full refund of the amount effectively paid by the customer for the winning order.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase whenever possible, or, failing that, through the procedure determined by Morrison.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash other than the refund itself, vouchers, gift cards, or other products or services.

9. Winner Selection

The winning orders will be selected by random draw from all valid orders each day.

Morrison may use random selection tools to ensure the impartiality of the process.

A reasonable number of alternates will also be selected for each draw in case the winner cannot be located or does not meet the established requirements.

10. Winner Communication

Morrison will contact the winners via email using the details provided during the purchase.

Communication will be carried out as follows:

• Orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be communicated to the winner on the next business day.

• Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be communicated together on the following Monday.

Once the winner confirms receipt of the communication sent by Morrison, the corresponding refund will be processed and they will be notified of its execution.

If it is not possible to contact the winner or if they do not respond within seven (7) calendar days from the date the communication was sent, Morrison may assign the prize to the corresponding alternate.

11. Exclusions and Limitations

Morrison reserves the right to exclude any orders or participations deemed fraudulent, manipulated, or made in violation of these legal terms and conditions.

Likewise, Morrison may request the necessary documentation to verify the winner's identity before proceeding with the refund.

12. Data Protection

The personal data provided by participants will be processed by Morrison Clothing S.L., as the data controller, for the purpose of managing the promotion, carrying out the draws, contacting the winners, and processing the corresponding refunds.

The legal basis for processing is the execution of the promotion and the legitimate interest arising from it.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction, and portability by sending a communication to:

The data will be kept for the time necessary for the management of the promotion and for the legally required periods.

13. Tax Implications

The prize will be subject to the current tax regulations applicable at all times.

Morrison will, if applicable, make the legally required withholdings or payments on account.

14. Reservations and Modifications

Morrison reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion due to justified technical, legal, organizational, or force majeure reasons, committing to communicate said circumstance through the means it deems appropriate.

15. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.
