Morrison Stores Gift Card Giveaway

LEGAL BASES OF THE DRAW

1. Organization of the draw
   The "Morrison Gift Card" draw (hereinafter, the “Draw”) is organized by Morrison Shoes (hereinafter, "the Company"), with CIF [insert CIF number] and registered office at [insert company address].

2. Duration of the draw
   The Raffle will begin on April 1, 2025 and end on May 1, 2025 (inclusive).

3. Requirements to participate
   All those persons who may participate in the Raffle are:

   • Make a purchase of more than €50 in Morrison Shoes products during the Giveaway period (April 1-30, 2025).

   • Be a registered member of the Morrison Shoes online store system, either as a member by registering with your email address upon purchase or by becoming a member of our community at the time of purchase.

   Note: Customers who do not provide their email address upon purchase will not be considered for the sweepstakes.

4. Scope of participation
   The Giveaway is valid only at the following locations:

   • Own stores in Sierpes and Fuencarral .

   • The four corners of El Corte Inglés in San Juan , Campo , Valencia and Badajoz .

   Not applicable on the web.

5. Prize
   The winner of the Giveaway will receive a €100 virtual gift card to spend on Morrison Shoes products, both in-store and online. This card is for single use only.

   • The gift card will be valid until May 31, 2025 .

   • The award expires on June 1, 2025 .

6. Winner Selection
   The winner will be randomly selected from among all purchases made in the Company's stores and corners during the Sweepstakes period.
   The winner will be selected using an automated tool to ensure transparency and randomness.

7. Winner Notification
   The winner will be notified on May 6, 2025, by email at pedidos@morrisonshoes.com. The email will indicate that they have won the Sweepstakes and will include the corresponding discount code to redeem their gift card.

8. Exclusions
   Participation in the Sweepstakes is limited to customers who provided their email address during purchase. Purchases made without an email address will not be eligible for the sweepstakes.

9. Acceptance of the bases
   Participation in the Sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these rules, as well as any modifications the Company may make, which will be notified in a timely manner through the Company's website.

10. Responsibility
    The Company is not responsible for any errors in the data provided by participants, nor for any circumstances beyond its control that prevent the proper execution of the Raffle or the notification of the winner.

11. Protection of personal data
