Fees for returns

 

Upon unequivocal declaration that you wish to return the product, MORRISON will inform you of the shipping method to its offices or warehouses. MORRISON charges the following return rates via its DHL courier service, depending on the customer's city/country.

The costs must be borne by the client.

  • Peninsular Spanish - €3.95 base plus €2 for each returned item.
  • Balearic Islands - €6.95 base plus €2 for each returned item.
  • Germany - €6.95 base plus €6 for each returned item.
  • Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia - €10.95 base + €5 for each returned item.
  • Ireland and Lithuania - €12.95 base + €6 for each returned item.
  • Italy - €10.95 base + €6 for each returned item.
  • France - €7.95 base plus €6 for each returned item.
  • Denmark - €20.75 per returned item.
  • Portugal - €6.95 + €2 for each returned item.
  • Finland (excluding islands) - €12.95 + €6 for each returned item.
  • Estonia - €12.95 + €5 for each returned item.
  • Croatia - €10.95 + €6 for each returned item.
  • Bulgaria - €12.95 + €6 for each returned item.
  • Sweden - €20.75 + €6 for each returned item.
  • Romania - €10.95 + €6 for each returned item.
  • United Kingdom - €38.98 and €11.96 for each extra product
  • Switzerland - €36.35 and €10.36 for each extra product
  • Australia - €77.36 and €29.58 for each extra product
  • Japan - €77.36 and €29.58 for each extra product
  • USA - 15$ and 6$ for each extra product
  • Mexico - €66.35 and €24.36 for each extra product
  • Canada - €66.35 and €24.36 for each extra product

You will be provided with a return label so you can return the product to a service point. If you prefer home collection instead of going to a service point, there will be an additional charge of €3 (VAT included). You can request this by emailing pedidos@morrisonshoes.com.
