The costs of exchange and return must always be assumed by the customer, except in the case of the first exchange within the Spanish peninsula, which will be free of charge for the customer.
To exchange the size, Morrison will provide a return label. This label must be used to return the product to us through a DHL service point. If the customer prefers a home collection instead of going to a service point, there is an additional cost of €3 (VAT included) and must be requested by emailing pedidos@morrisonshoes.com. As soon as we receive the returned product, we will send the new size/model to the customer at the same address as the original shipment once the return label has been paid (except for the first change of size on the Spanish peninsula, which does not require any payment).
If the customer prefers to use a courier of their choice to send the package to our facilities in Madrid, they can also do so at the following address.
