SHIPPING & RETURNS

How is it sent?

Once the Shipment Confirmation has been sent, the Product will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the Order within a maximum period of 72 working hours on the Peninsula. In the case of international shipments, the maximum period will be 5 working days.

MORRISON CLOTHING SL does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the Product is not carried out as a consequence of the data provided by the User being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be carried out due to causes beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the User or the retention of the Product in Customs.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping. They can contain a fixed and a variable part in very particular cases according to the weight of the order, so we recommend that if you want several products, you put them together in one purchase.

The shipment of packages is subject to the conditions of security and delivery of the carrier chosen.

Where is it sent?

We ship to a large number of countries. For shipments outside of mainland Spain, check the costs of the carrier. Morrison does NOT ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

How much does it cost?

Shipments to Spain (Peninsula) have a cost of 3 euros up to 17 euros of purchase; 4 euros up to 30 euros of purchase; and 4.95 euros up to 85 euros of purchase. For purchases over 85 euros the shipping costs are free. For deliveries outside Spain (Peninsula) and EU consult prices at pedidos@morrisonshoes.com. In case you choose the option of payment with Paypal you will have an extra cost of 1 euro (non-refundable).

Shipping costs include transport, insurance and customs clearance at origin. For deliveries in countries outside the European Union, customs charges at destination and other taxes (tariffs) are not included; it will be the recipient who will have to pay them in cash to receive the goods.

The recipient will be responsible for all import costs and taxes generated at the destination customs, whether the goods are delivered or not.

How long will it take for my Morrison products to arrive?

Shipments to the Spanish mainland will take about 72 hours on business days to arrive at your home or point of destination.

For shipments outside the peninsula, the delivery time is 5 working days from order confirmation.

What happens if there is no stock of the chosen product?

Our system should not allow the sale of any product that we do not have in stock, but in the event that something goes wrong, Morrison will contact you to find a solution. If the product cannot be obtained within this period, the full amount will be refunded.

In the month of August, as distributors and manufacturers are closed, delivery times may be increased according to stock. But don't worry because, in these cases, you will be warned in advance so that you know exactly in which period of time you will have your order.

[Changes of size/model and Returns]

SIZE/MODEL CHANGES

Morrison will assume the costs of collection and shipping of the new product/s you want to change for all orders in mainland Spain for purchases made in mainland Spain. In this way, Morrison will assume the costs of the first size or model change. If you need a second change of size or model, it will be the customer who must bear the cost of returning and shipping a new product.

In the event that your purchase includes several products and you need to make several size changes, you must do them all at the same time, so make sure you are satisfied with the size of the products that you are not going to return. Returns and exchanges of all products will only be accepted if they keep their original packaging, excluding gift bags.

As for international shipments and / or Balearic Islands (SPAIN EXCLUDED) the customer will be responsible for the costs from the change of size, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs from them. The customer will be able to choose the courier of his choice to send us the product to be returned, the customer must pay for this shipment. Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the new product to your address free of charge, the shipment will be made to the same address as the original order.

In any case, the products to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed to avoid transport problems. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that the item/s, as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to exchange the item by sending the new product/s to the same address of the original order.

In case the product/s that you have returned to us are not in perfect condition, are used and/or do not have their original packaging, we will inform the customer that we will not proceed to send the new product/s but that he /she must come to pick up the returned product/s in bad condition at our facilities: the customer must hire a courier of your choice and also economically cost the service to pick up the product/s that sent us at the time, we would Give the customer 30 days to pick up the product / s in our facilities in Madrid (Spain) with your courier.

RETURN

You have 30 days to request a return from the day you purchased the products.

To exercise the return, you must contact Morrison through the mailing address pedidos@morrisonshoes.com through an unequivocal statement that you wish to return the product, MORRISON will indicate how to ship the order to its offices or warehouses.

MORRISON will offer two options to return the product in case of residing in the Iberian Spanish Peninsula, the customer can choose the one he prefers: the first one in which the customer can use the courier of his choice and the second one in which we would charge him €5.95 for generating a return label with our courier. MORRISON will also offer two options to return the product in case of residing in the Balearic Islands, the customer can choose the one he prefers: the first one in which the customer can use the courier of his choice and the second one in which we would charge him €9.4 for generating a return label with our courier. In any other case the customer must use a courier of his choice.

In the event that the customer chooses a courier of his choice to make the return: Morrison is not responsible for the courier company that the consumer and user hires for the return of the order. In this regard, MORRISON recommends that the consumer and user require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at MORRISON's offices, so that the consumer and user has proof that the product has been correctly delivered to MORRISON. MORRISON is not responsible for the address where the consumer and user sends the order for return if it is different from those indicated. The costs of returning the order (such as, for example, shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the consumer and user. It is estimated that this cost amounts to approximately 6 euros maximum, without being responsible for the final total cost of the management.

The product must be in perfect condition and with all its labels, packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and original accessories that came with it. If this is not done by the consumer and user or if the product has suffered any damage, the consumer and user accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation. Once MORRISON verifies that the order is in optimum condition, MORRISON will refund the full amount paid by the consumer and user. You must also return the goods directly to us without undue delay, at the latest, within 30 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to return the product.

We will refund the amount paid for the product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive the package at our premises (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery or payment other than the least expensive method of standard delivery offered by us). We will proceed to make such refund using the same method of payment used by you in the final transaction provided that the product is in perfect condition, clean, unused and in its original packaging,

In order to comply with the return deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the deadline.

RETURN FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECT

In accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, all products sold by Morrison are covered for 2 years for any manufacturing defect. If you would like to return a product due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of the return and replacement of a product of identical characteristics to the same address of the original shipment.

In any case, the customer must justify with photographs the defects of the products, and must also send us photographs of the original packaging of the product in order to facilitate the investigation to check the lot number of the same and compare which purchase corresponds and thus facilitate the validation that it is a manufacturing defect and not a defect resulting from improper use of the product. Therefore, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed to avoid transportation problems. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that the item/s, as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete, we will proceed to replace the defective product with another of identical characteristics.

Do I have to pay anything for my return of a defective item?

MORRISON CLOTHING SL will assume the cost of all returns due to defect as long as the defect of the product is duly justified and it is made within the return period.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact Morrison at pedidos@morrisonshoes.com with an unequivocal statement. You may also use the Withdrawal Form provided below, although its use is not mandatory. Upon receipt of this communication, MORRISON will indicate how the order is to be sent to its offices or warehouses.

MORRISON MEMBERS

Morrison Members is Morrison's loyalty program, whereby customers registered on the Morrison website will benefit from different sales. Only registered customers can benefit from these advantages and only if they make their purchases by logging on to the Morrison website www.morrisonshoes.com.

Member Points Program

Morrison customers who make their purchases under registration will accumulate, on each order, 5 points for each euro spent (not including shipping costs). These points will be accumulated in the Customer Area until they are exchanged for a discount to be converted into the next purchase, valid for one year.

Customers will only be able to convert their points into discount vouchers 30 days after placing the order. Until then, the status of the points will be "Waiting for 30 days after the order", in addition to indicating in the "my account" section that the discount vouchers can be generated after those 30 days after the order.

For every 100 points accumulated in the Member's Area, customers will receive a €1 discount on their next purchase.

MEMBER Sponsorship Program

Morrison's sponsorship program allows registered users who have made a purchase at Morrison to invite their friends to enjoy Morrison Member sales via an invitation link.

Each user who invites a friend to become a Member will receive 500 points in his MEMBER area for each friend who buys (+50€) with the invitation link. To invite friends you must have placed at least one order with your user account.

Any coupon points related to the Morrison Loyalty Program can NOT be accumulated with other discount coupons and can only be redeemed on the Morrison website www.morrisonshoes.com.

Other MEMBER benefits

In order to receive the birthday gift it is necessary to have placed an order with your account and to have registered the birthday date in your Member Area.

Discount campaigns and VIP seasonal promotions will be decided by Morrison throughout the year and Morrison is not obliged to determine them in advance or set specific dates.

Click&Collect is reserved only for those registered customers who want to pick up their order at Morrison's store in Calle Lagasca 27, Madrid.

MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

MORRISON expressly reserves the right to modify and/or update the present General Conditions, without affecting the contracts previously made.

The user acknowledges and accepts that it is their responsibility to review the website and these General Conditions.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
