In this way, Morrison will assume the costs of the first size or model change. If you need a second change in size or model, the customer will be responsible for the costs of returning and shipping a new product.
In the event that your purchase included several products and you need to make several size changes, you must do them all at the same time, so make sure that you are satisfied with the size of the products that you are not going to return.
In any case, the products to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid problems during transportation, please ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed.

The process consists of:
1- We will need you to tell us the order number and email address with which you placed the order in the online store and tell us what product you want to receive in exchange.
2- If the product you want to exchange is in the same condition that you received it, we would hire a courier to make the exchange. You would have to send us the product to be returned and, once received at our facilities, we would send you the new size/model to the address of the original order.
