1. Purpose of the Program

The Morrison Members loyalty program (hereinafter, the “ Program ”) is designed to reward Morrison Clothing SL (hereinafter, “ Morrison ”) customers for purchases and actions they make both on our www.morrisonshoes.com (hereinafter, the “ Website ”) and in our physical stores. Program participants will be able to accumulate points redeemable for discounts and additional benefits, as well as move up a level to access exclusive privileges.

2. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Program implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “ T&Cs ”). By registering, the participant acknowledges having read and understood the T&Cs, and undertakes to comply with them in full.

3. Participation in the Program

The Program is aimed at individuals over 18 years of age, residents of Spain or other countries where Morrison operates its online store, who create a user account on the Website.

For clarification purposes, the Program is not available to partnerships, corporations, non-profit entities, businesses, charities, companies or any other person who is not a natural person, unless Morrison's prior written approval is received in its sole and absolute discretion.

However, those people who already have a user profile in Morrison will be automatically registered in the Program without the need for additional subscription. Enrollment in the Program is done online, through our website, where the participant must provide the required personal data and accept the processing of said data for these purposes. The processing of personal data involved in the Program involves the receipt of SMS and newsletters that Morrison considers of interest to participants, which may contain commercial messages.

Participation in the Program is completely free of charge. Each account is nominative and is linked to a single participant, so it cannot be shared between several people. Only one account per participant is allowed.

For clarification purposes, it is determined that all users who register either in person at the store or through the Website automatically become participants in the Program. By acquiring this status, participants accept and acknowledge that they are subject to full compliance with the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website in their capacity as users thereof, which regulate, among other aspects, the use of the platform through which the main benefits of the Program are offered. In any case, any interested party is provided with the page where they can register as a user and member of the Program, which can be accessed directly through this link .

4. Accumulation of Points

Participants can accumulate points through the following actions:

  • Membership Registration: If a participant registers on his/her own without being invited by another participant, he/she will get 250 points.
  • Shopping : For every euro spent at Morrison (both online and in-store), the customer will accumulate 5 points.
  • Follow Morrison on social media : the participant who follows the Instagram and/or TikTok profile will get 25 points.
  • Subscribe to Morrison's Newsletter plan : The participant who accepts the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of registering as a subscribed member of Morrison's Newsletter and commercial communications plan will obtain 50 points.
  • Birthday : When a participant registers his/her birthday, he/she will receive 50 points on his/her birthday.
  • Referral system : the participant who recommends a friend and the latter:

1. Register as a user on the Website and therefore become a participant in the Program; the participant who invited you will receive 500 points.

2. Make a purchase for the (minimum) amount of €50, the participant who invited you will get 500 points, and the new participant will get a €10 discount coupon for their next purchase.

  • Attendance at Morrison events: Participants who attend Morrison events will be entitled to earn points. In this case, the points that may be earned will be determined in accordance with the rules of each event, which will be provided to participants prior to the event.

Points associated with purchases, or any of the specific actions detailed above, will be automatically added to each participant's account, although some may take up to 30 days to be reflected.

5. Program Levels

The Program has three loyalty levels, defined based on the points accumulated by each participant:

  • Rookie : 0 - 999 points
  • Pro : 1,000 – 1,999 points
  • Legend : 2,000+ points

Each time a participant accumulates enough points, they will automatically move up a level, regardless of whether they have previously redeemed points, that is, points redeemed by participants in any type of purchase will not reduce the total number of points accumulated for the purpose of moving up a level.

The automatic update of the level according to the points accumulated by each Participant will be carried out annually from the date of registration in the Program by each participant, with each participant remaining at least for a period of 12 months in each level.

In any case, the fact that any participant does not generate any points during the 12-month period since the last time he or she generated points, whether by first registration or by any other action that leads to obtaining points, will result in a decrease in level (to Rookie level) as the points will be cancelled, as established in section 7 of these T&Cs.

6. Redemption of Points and additional requirements

The accumulated points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future purchases, with the following equivalents:

  • 500 points : €5 discount
  • 1000 points : 10€ discount
  • 5000 points : 15€ discount

In any case:

  • Discount coupons will only be applicable to orders with a minimum spend of fifty euros (€50). Discount coupons generated from the points of this Program cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes that Morrison may offer its customers as a result of other commercial actions.
  • In order to receive the birthday gift, the participant must have at least placed an order using his or her account and registered his or her birthday in the corresponding area of ​​the website.
  • Discount campaigns and VIP season previews will be decided by Morrison throughout the year without being obliged to determine them in advance or set specific dates, however, these will be notified to customers with sufficient advance notice.
  • The Click&Collect service is reserved exclusively for registered customers who wish to collect their order at Morrison's own stores at: calle fuencarral 55 28004 Madrid, calle sierpes 36 41004 Sevilla. The Click & Collect service allows you to buy products via the website and organise their collection directly in store without wasting time or unnecessary waiting.
  • Redemption of points can be carried out during Black Friday, sales or promotions, unless otherwise specified in a particular campaign. Points are redeemed through codes that participants must enter at checkout for each purchase, and these codes cannot be combined with other discounts or free shipping.

7. Expiration of Points

Points do not have an expiration date as long as the participant remains an active participant in the Program. For the purposes of this Program, an active participant shall be understood as any participant who has made any purchase or action of those identified in section 4 above, in a period of less than twelve (12) months from the date of registration in the Program, or from the date of his or her last purchase or action once registered in the Program. If the participant has not made any activity (purchases or actions) in a period of 12 months, the accumulated points may be cancelled.

8. Using Points in Physical Stores

Participants can collect and redeem points both online and in Morrisons stores. In physical stores, account details will need to be provided for the points to be applied.

9. Review of Points and Contact

If a participant notices an error in their points balance, they must contact our team via email at the contact provided in section 15 of these T&Cs. Please note that points associated with purchases may take up to 30 days to be reflected in your account.

10. Returns

If a participant returns a product, the points associated with that purchase will be deducted from their account for all purposes. In the event that the points have already been redeemed, the participant may incur a negative points balance, which must be offset with future purchases.

11. Program Modifications

Morrison reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants through the appropriate means (email, website, etc.). Modification or cancellation of the Program will not give rise to any right to compensation.

If one or more provisions of the T&Cs are declared void or inapplicable by current regulations or by a final court decision, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.

12. Unsubscribe from the program

The participant may request to leave the Program at any time, which will automatically result in the loss of accumulated points. To request to leave, the participant must contact our team via the email address provided in section 15 of these T&Cs.

13. Responsibility

Each participant is solely responsible for the use of the benefits associated with the Program, and Morrison is therefore exempt from any liability in this regard. In the event of discrepancies regarding the number of points accumulated or the application of the discounts associated with the Program, the information contained in Morrison's database and the application time of each of the discounts will be taken into account in accordance with the criteria adopted by Morrison at any given time.

14. Processing of Personal Data

The personal data provided to participate in the Program will be treated in accordance with Morrison's Privacy Policy, available on our Website and which can be accessed directly through this link. The participant may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing and automated decisions, portability, cancellation and opposition by sending an email to the contact email provided in section 15 of these T&Cs.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that may arise in relation to the Program will be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
